VLS Sourcing was founded in 2014 by Kunwar Vaibhav Singh, an HR professional with deep experience in Hospitality and Retail hiring. What started as a specialist recruitment firm has grown into a full-service talent acquisition partner serving businesses across India and the United Kingdom.
Our founder's hands-on experience — including a solo road trip across all 28 Indian states delivering free Job Readiness Programs — reflects our core belief: every person deserves access to the right opportunity, and every business deserves access to the right people.
